*These tuition rates are approved for September 2023 – August 2024 and will be reassessed annually. The SAP Board of Directors reserves the right to raise tuition and endeavors to only do so in a manner that supports the growth of the school as well as the needs of our parent community. SAP families will be notified in late spring/early summer of the new board-approved tuition rates for the 2024/2025 school year.

The daily rate is used to calculate the tuition whenever a student is attending less than a full month or when they attend two different schedules in one month (for example, the transition from the school year to summer schedule in June and August). If a vacation is taken by the family, tuition is still billed as normal, even for the days on which the student is not in school. Prescheduled holidays and other days the school may be closed are factored into our budget billing system based on each schedule.

Parent(s) shall pay a security deposit for each Student at SAP (a security deposit is half of one month’s tuition). Parents may choose to pay the security deposit in up to three installments prior to September.

SAP will hold the security deposit pending student’s completion and parent’s payment of tuition and fees for the school year. SAP will reflect the security deposit as a credit on the parent’s final invoice. If a student is withdrawn prior to the end of the school year without a 30-day written notice, the parent forfeits the security deposit. If a student re-enrolls for a subsequent school year, the security deposit is rolled over upon confirmation of a contract.

A non-refundable $75 registration fee will be billed upon a contracted enrollment schedule.

Best Beginnings Scholarships

SAP accepts Best Beginnings scholarships through the Montana Department of Health and Human Services to support families in need of tuition assistance. SAP shall reflect the tuition credit for those families receiving state pay assistance and/or scholarship assistance, please visit the Best Beginnings website for additional information and qualification details.
