From the SAP Board of Directors’ Bylaws: “SAP is incorporated under, and shall be operated according to, the Montana Nonprofit Corporation Act. SAP is organized and shall be operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes with the meaning of Code Section 501(c)3. The governing body of SAP shall be the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors shall be the policy setting body of SAP. The Board of Directors shall oversee the management of SAP and act as stewards of SAP’s resources. The Board may adopt such rules and regulations for the conduct of its business as shall be deemed in the best interest of SAP.”
