2024/2025 School Year Enrollment is FULL. We are no longer accepting new applications for this school year.
Waitlist applications are accepted on a rolling basis and we process them in the order in which they are received. We offer tours throughout the year and are happy to answer any questions you may have!
We advise interested families to join our wait list as soon as possible. If you have an infant or toddler you would like to have attend SAP down the road, please submit the application now. We will keep your application on file and reach out the winter before your desired enrollment year. There is no waitlist application fee, so just send along your information and reach out if you’d like to know more about the enrollment process!
Please email completed wait list applications to director@spiritatplay.org.
Our enrollment timeline is as follows:
- December and January: In-house enrollment occurs during these months. During this time we offer spots for the following year to our currently enrolled students.
- February: Siblings of currently enrolled students are processed, followed by previous families who are interested in enrolling another child.
- February and March: Remaining spots are filled with wait list applications. During these months we enroll new students in any spots remaining.
A $75 registration fee will be billed upon a contracted enrollment schedule.
2024/2025 School Year Enrollment
Our 2024/2025 enrollment is currently full. Our small school received many applications this past year and we wish we could accommodate every family!
2025/2026 School Year Enrollment
Our 2025/2026 enrollment begins in February. We have an extensive waitlist and we hope to accommodate as many families as possible!
Summer 2025
Space is limited for new students. We begin processing enrollment for our summer program in March. We have most of our currently enrolled students attend, then we invite back alumni, which is followed by new students.
Immunizations
Spirit at Play must receive updated immunization records upon enrollment/before the Student’s first day of school. The records will be assessed to inform parents of possible non-compliance. Our school is required to maintain, at minimum, 90% up-to-date records. Our vaccination policy mirrors Montana law (ARM 37.95.140) regarding the vaccination of children within childcare facilities and was adopted to prevent the spread of vaccine preventable diseases. Parent(s) must provide either an HES-101 form filled out and signed by the child’s health care provider OR a completed and up-to-date vaccination record from a physician’s office or the Public Health Department.
Toileting
We accept children ages 2.5 through 6 years during the school term. Toilet accidents in young children are common, as it is a learning process. Children must be toilet-trained before entering our program, each child enrolled in the program must be capable of using the bathroom when needed. Unless certain circumstances prevent a child with special needs from being fully toilet trained, then such situations will be treated on an individual basis. Children who consistently have accidents (2-3 daily) may not be ready to join for full days at school. Please recognize where your child’s toileting abilities stand and let us know if we can help!
